Oke’s new EP, ALTER-EGO, due out February 20th, 2026, is a fearless, genre-fluid celebration of identity, resilience, and joy — told through three bold alter egos and three deeply personal tracks. Drawing from Yoruba spirituality, queer confidence, and a cosmic imagination, the project stitches together the artist’s lived experience with future-facing vision.

On “Born In The Wild”, we meet Ori, a celestial being forged in struggle and shaped by destiny. Raised in a world that demands survival, Ori transforms hardship into power, backed by pulsing Afro-house and ancestral echoes. “Together” brings us Darius, the flirtatious romantic who knows his worth and isn’t afraid to show it. Radiating warmth, queer joy, and R&B nostalgia, it’s a love song for the bold-hearted. And in “Sensational”Stella Ross takes the mic — a glittering revolutionary who celebrates life on her own terms. Fierce, feminine, and unbothered, she turns the dancefloor into a place of empowerment for those too often left out.

These are more than songs — they’re characters, worlds, and invitations. With this EP, Oke moves between Yoruba roots, European style, and a boundaryless soundscape to deliver a statement that’s as playful as it is powerful. This is music that liberates — and it’s only the beginning.

ABOUT : Khalid Oke has always felt a sense of home in Luxembourg, ever since settling here from Nigeria at the age of eight in 2008. Though his musical journey started in a church choir in Nigeria, it wasn’t until moving to Luxembourg that he properly developed his melodic pop universe. He started to take music more seriously in 2017, setting the stage for his current musical project, “Oke.” Since then, Oke has released over 35 songs, breaking several barriers as a local independent artist, and has become now one of the most streamed artists from Luxembourg (with over 4 million Spotify streams in the past 12 months alone). Oke has worked with international labels like Sony Music, Soave, PARAISO, and Universal, signed a publishing deal with Downtown Music Publishing Africaand received extensive national coverage across media like RTL (“A new star on Luxembourg’s music scene”), ELDO’s Chartbreaker, Radio ARA, Radio Latina, and Culture.lu (“Oke : The Next Shining Star”).
